PANTONE Color 2021 Styling

    The last time I did a styling post for PANTONE color of the year was in 2019 here: PANTONE2019. I forgot to make the 2020 color of the year, because I forgot it, the pandemic really a confusing and a very frustrated time for all of us. As I'm very excited for this year's color, just like 2016 color of the year, it's a combinations of two color; Ultimate Gray and Illuminating. This combination brings some hope for 2021 to be a better time after a very rough 2020 is. Here is my outfit styling that maybe inspired you for this year ahead. 

Emboldening the spirit, the pairing of Ultimate Gray + Illuminating highlights our innate need to be seen, to be visible, to be recognized, to have our voices heard. A combination of color whose ties to insight, innovation and intuition, and respect for wisdom, experience, and intelligence inspires regeneration, pressing us forward toward new ways of thinking and concepts.

    As the weather is still cold for some area in the world, wearing something warm is a priority. A grey color wool turtleneck maxi dress would be best for this weather. With yellow boots and Prada leather bucket bag. To make it more urban chic, I accessorized it with a bucket hat and cute two tone earring and finish it with a sunglasses. 

    The second outfit consist of a yellow plaid coat with grey graphic t-shirt and a boyfriend jeans. Casual but still trendy, I love the Converse high-top sneakers and FJÄLLRÄVEN Kånken Backpack for this look. If you want a bit of accessories, a grey cap, and Fendi earrings are a great option to complete the look.

    If you need something a little bit fun and playful, mixed two patterns like this one is a great way to wear. Grey color flannel matched with a yellow floral skort would look great. To balance the outfit, layered it with a soft yellow crop jacket. Get a cute yellow heel or platform, and silver Miu Miu crossbody bag. Wear something like a monochrome silver accessories to softening the looks.
