Birthday #170818

Last Friday was my 26th birthday! I'm so happy I could still live in this world till now. There is nothing happier than celebrating my birthday with the people I'm close with. As usual, my birthday was the same date as the Independence day of Indonesia, this making me so proud to be born on 17th August.

My best friend is actually doing a great job at making a surprise this time. We were supposed to meet at this cute place called The Pink Door Tea Room, and as usual, I'm coming late. I've tried not to be late, but I don't know why, I still the last one to arrived. We meet and chit chat while suddenly the staff of the cafe come out bringing a slice of cake with a pretty decoration on the plate. I was stoned and giggling when all of the staff with my friends start singing the birthday song.

My wishes for this year are not so far from my last birthday, I want to be happy and healthy with a lot of opportunity in this life. I wanted to be stronger, wiser and kinder. I need to be happy and content first about myself before I'm making other people around me happy, that has been my motto ever since.

Also, I cut my hair, what do you think? is it good?. I'm still in a state of confusion on should I have a short bangs or not. My friends said it's better not, still I'm not sure what to do with that right now. Maybe I will cut my bangs after a couple of months. Let's see if I could maintain a short hair. Lol, I'm such a lazy human being, I never styled my hair on daily base unless it was for a party or formal occasion.

I'm wearing a light Turquoise striped blouse from Herb. So bad the camera didn't catch the pattern in a beautiful way. I'm wearing a vintage belt with small gold accessories that embellish the belt. I paired this outfit with a rose gold slip on.
